Hey fearless friend,

When I was a host at Radio Disney, there was a skill nobody really talks about until you’re already doing it:

Learning how to sound like yourself on command.

Not perform. Not create a character. Not put on a “host voice.”

Just show up as a consistent version of yourself — even at 6am when you’re tired, nervous, or have no idea what the day is going to bring.

That skill became my career.

Now I run two companies: The Love List and Chief Swag Officer. And in both businesses, my voice is one of the biggest assets I have.

People don’t just buy from brands. They buy from people they trust.

So when AI became the conversation everywhere, I had a complicated reaction.

I loved the possibilities.

But I also noticed something missing.

The problem with using AI when your brand is you

I use ChatGPT. I think it’s an incredible tool.

But my actual workflow looked like this:

I’d open a new chat.

I’d explain who I was, what my companies did, who my audience was, how I write, what phrases I never use, what my personality is like, and what I wanted the output to feel like.

Then I’d get something back that was… fine.

Technically correct.

But not me.

Then I’d spend time rewriting it until it sounded like something I would actually say.

The next day?

Start over.

The problem wasn’t that AI couldn’t write.

The problem was that I was asking a general AI model to understand something personal: my experiences, my perspective, my voice.

Why I started using Uare.ai

Instead of starting with a blank chat every time, you create an Individual AI that is built around you.

Your voice.

Your experiences.

Your knowledge.

Your content.

Your work.

I created mine around the things that have shaped me — from my years at Radio Disney, to building Chief Swag Officer, to growing The Love List and learning everything that comes with being a founder.

Now I can ask my Individual AI questions about my own experiences, my business decisions, or the lessons I’ve learned without having to explain my entire life every single time.

Try asking my Individual AI about:

  • How I built Chief Swag Officer from an idea into a business

  • What I learned from working at Radio Disney

  • How I approach building community through The Love List

The part that mattered most to me: ownership

As someone whose business is built around trust, this was the most important part.

I wanted an AI that represented me without giving up control over my information.

My data is mine.

My knowledge is mine.

My experiences are mine.

The goal isn’t to create another generic AI voice. The goal is to create something that helps me scale while keeping the thing that makes my businesses work: authenticity.

My honest take

I don’t think AI should make everyone sound the same.

Actually, I think the opposite.

The people who will stand out are the ones who use AI without losing what makes them different.

I spent years learning how to sound like myself.

I’m not interested in replacing that.

I’m interested in protecting it.
