  1. Bet on yourself. After making a cauliflower pizza crust recipe in her kitchen for her sons, Gail knew she was onto something. Why was there nothing on the market yet that enabled people to enjoy pizza who had dietary problems and also wanted low-carb food?

  2. Most successful founders start after age 40. I bet you didn't know that! In this day and age of hustle culture, you think that you can't start something if you're over the age of 12 because there are child YouTube stars making more than you and I combined reviewing toys. But you're wrong.

  3. Rejection is not your enemy. Gail pitched CAULIPOWER to 8+ manufacturers before she got one yes. People laughed over and over about the idea of cauliflower crust pizza. They're certainly laughing now as CAULIPOWER has 3+ major products, is sold in every major retailer including Walmart and Whole Foods, and Gail did nothing but bet on herself.
